Blake Shelton has seasonal influenza and influenced a last-moment to call to delay Saturday night’s show in Louisiana. The nation vocalist and Voice mentor canceled his March 3 show at Bossier City’s CenturyLink Center, with a rescheduled execution for Tuesday (March 6).

“Companions, I have been fighting this season’s flu virus the most recent couple of days and today it has outwitted me,” he composed on Twitter Saturday evening. “I seldom need to delay a show and I apologize to everybody who had their Saturday night intends to go through it with me and alternate Freaks on the ‘Down home Music Freaks’ Tour.”

Shelton included, “”Hopefully everybody can go along with us on Tuesday night and I guarantee to compensate for the bother! Remain well!”

Those who were planning to attend the original show can either attend the rescheduled show or get a full refund for their tickets.

Shelton’s tour, which just ranked as No. 1 on the weekly top-grossing Hot Tours list, is scheduled to bring him to Atlanta next, on March 8.
